Sister Joseph Patrica Ann Ash dies at 83

A funeral Mass for Sister of St. Joseph of Chestnut Hill Patricia Ann Ash (formerly Sister St. Lawrence) was offered June 5 at St. Joseph Villa in Philadelphia. Sister Joseph Patricia died May 22. She was 83.

Raised in Pottsville, Pa., Sister Joseph Patricia entered the Sisters of St. Joseph, Chestnut Hill, in 1960 and professed her final vows in 1968. The Archdiocese of Baltimore was one of the dioceses where she served, but the Sisters of St. Joseph did not provide her specific assignments.
