Archbishop William E. Lori announces the following appointments:

ADMINISTRATOR

Monsignor Jay O’Connor

To Administrator, Immaculate Conception Parish, Towson, while continuing as Episcopal Vicar for the Eastern Vicariate. Effective July 1.

SPECIAL MINISTRY

Rev. Donald Grzymski, O.F.M. Conv.

To Associate Vicar for the Eastern Vicariate, effective Sept. 1.

DEACONS

Deacon Steven Roscher

From Diaconal Ministry, Pastorate of St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Pikesville, and St. Gabriel Parish, Woodlawn, and Ministry to Retired Deacons to Ministry outside the Archdiocese of Baltimore. Effective Sept. 1.
