Christopher Gunty

Associate Publisher/CEO

A native of Hometown, Ill., Christopher Gunty has been with the Catholic Review since 2009 and oversees all operations – news, advertising and business – for Catholic Review Media. He is a producer and regular host of “Catholic Review Radio” and contributes articles and commentaries.

Chris attended college seminary at Niles College of Loyola University in Chicago and has a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University of Chicago.

Tim Swift

Social Media Coordinator

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Tim Swift has been with the Catholic Review since 2019.

As social media coordinator for Archdiocese of Baltimore and the Catholic Review, Tim oversees content on a variety of platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. He also contributes news articles.

Tim has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State and is a parishioner of St. Matthew in Northwood.

Blake McCoy

Account Executive

A native of Baltimore, Blake McCoy has been with the Catholic Review since 2013. Blake handles sales accounts for the Catholic Review, www.catholicreview.org, the Catholic Review enewsletter and more. He is a graduate of Towson University.

Tim Zerhusen

Catholic Printing Services Manager

Tim Zerhusen grew up in the Lauraville area of Northeast and has been with Catholic Printing Services (CPS) since 1994 after more than a year working for CPS as a contractor. 

Tim manages printing services for both internal and external clients in the archdiocesan community. He is a parishioner of St. Mark in Fallston.

Paul McMullen

Managing Editor

A native of Brooklyn Park, Paul McMullen has been with the Catholic Review since 2008. Paul oversees news coverage of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, contributes articles and commentaries, and supervises production of the print magazine.

Paul has a bachelor’s degree from Towson University and is the author of two books. He is a parishioner of Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Essex.

Kevin J. Parks

Visual Journalist

A Baltimore native, Kevin J. Parks has been with the Catholic Review since 2016. He takes photographs and video for Catholic Review Media and the Archdiocese of Baltimore and contributes articles.

Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore. He is a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales in Abingdon.

Account Executive

John McNulty has worked for the Catholic Review since 1968. A native Baltimorean, he is a graduate of Baltimore City College and attended Maryland Institute College of Art and Notre Dame of Maryland University.

John handles sales accounts for the Catholic Review, www.catholicreview.org, the Catholic Review enewsletter and more. He attends Mass at St. Joseph in Fullerton.

Steve Havens

Pressman

Born in Alexandria, Va., and raised in Longmeadow, Mass., Steve Havens has been with the Catholic Printing Services since 2002. He handles all aspects of producing the printed product including printing, finishing and delivering.

Steve attended Springfield Technical Community College, and graduated from Maryland Bible College and Seminary.

George Matysek Jr.

Digital Editor

A native of Essex, George Matysek Jr. has been with the Catholic Review since 1997. He serves as digital editor for the Catholic Review and the Archdiocese of Baltimore. George is also a producer and host of “Catholic Review Radio,” contributes articles and commentaries, and produces the Catholic Review’s enewsletter.

George has a bachelor’s degree from Loyola University Maryland and a master’s degree from UMBC. He is a parishioner of St. Pius X, Rodgers Forge/St. Mary of the Assumption, Govans.

Sara Travlos

Senior Graphic Designer

A Lutherville native, Sara Travlos has been with the Catholic Review since 2014.

Sara, who holds a bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, designs and lays out the print magazine and the annual Archdiocese of Baltimore directory. She also create logos, social media images, marketing materials, presentations, and designs and lays out books for the Cathedral Foundation Press.

Sara is a parishioner of Church of the Nativity, Timonium.

Regina Mitsos

Business Manager

Born and raised in Baltimore, Regina Mitsos has been with the Catholic Review since 1997.

Regina, who holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Baltimore, oversees the daily routine processes of the business office. She is a parishioner of St. Leo the Great in Little Italy.

Joan Francis

Accountant

A Baltimore native, Joan Francis has been with the Catholic Review since 2011, serving as an accountant. A graduate of Essex Community College, she is responsible for the accounts receivables, accounts payable, and auditing and reconciling the advertising in the Catholic Review magazine.

Joan is a parishioner of St. Ursula in Parkville.
