(CR file) Blessed Father Stanley Rother was trained at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary in Emmitsburg and ordained in 1963. In 1981, he was martyred in the rectory of the mission he served in Guatemala. He was beatified in 2017, and his feast day is July 28.
