Being able to reflect on our own stories and the everyday details of our lives is critical to growing in our faith. Joining us to talk about how to do that is Eric Clayton, a parishioner of St. Ignatius in Baltimore who serves as deputy director of communications at the Jesuit Conference of Canada and the United States. Eric, who previously worked for Baltimore-based Catholic Relief Services, is the author of “Cannonball Moments: Telling your Story, Deepening your Faith.” Drawing on the spiritual insights of St. Ignatius Loyola, the book encourages readers to develop a healthy sense of self-reflection as a means of drawing closer to Christ.
