Erin Younkins

Pope Francis declared a World Day for Grandparents and the Elderly, which will be observed for the first time July 25 this year. Joining us to talk about the dignity of the elderly is Erin Younkins, director of the Archdiocese of Baltimore’s office of life, justice and peace within the Institute for Evangelization. Younkins, a parishioner of St. Peter in Libertytown, is a former occupational therapist who worked primarily in geriatrics.

Listen to the full show below. Also, participate in a July 26 webinar on dignity and dementia sponsored by the Archdiocese of Baltimore by clicking here.
