Pallottine Father Frank Donio, director of the Catholic Apostolate Center near Washington and the interim executive director of the Conference of Major Superiors of Men of the United States, spoke about it on the Nov. 29 episode of Catholic Review Radio. Father Donio is the former pastoral director of St. Jude Shrine in downtown Baltimore who later worked closely with Archbishop William E. Lori as the Archdiocese of Baltimore developed a pastoral plan for missionary discipleship.
