What is the Prosperity Gospel and how did it take hold in the United States? How does it conflict with Catholic beliefs? Thomas Storck, author of “The Prosperity Gospel: How Greed and Bad Philosophy Distorted Christ’s Teaching,” discusses it with George Matysek. Storck, a convert to the Catholic faith, has been writing on Catholic social teaching, Catholic culture and related topics since the early 1980s.
