Brother John Herron, F.S.C., dies at 94

A funeral Mass for Christian Brother John Herron was offered Sept. 8 at De La Salle Hall in New Jersey. Brother John died Sept. 5. He was 94.

Born in Philadelphia, Brother John entered the Christian Brothers in 1946. He was a teacher at Calvert Hall College High School in Towson from 1953 to 1976 and director of alumni relations from 1996 to 2010. He also served in Washington, D.C. and Pennsylvania.
