Sister Kathleen died Oct. 17. She was 92. Born in Pittsburgh, Sister Kathleen entered the School Sisters of Notre Dame in 1950. She was professed as Sister Perpetua Marie on July 24, 1953. She professed final vows July 24, 1959.. Sister Kathleen taught for 13 years at St. Ann School in Baltimore beginning in 1953. She also served for 22 years at St. Jane Frances de Chantal Parish and School in Riviera Beach , where she was first a teacher and then CCD coordinator/director of religious education in the parish. Sister Kathleen held a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from what is now Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore and a master’s degree in theology/Scripture from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
