Archbishop William E. Lori announces the following for the Archdiocese of Baltimore:

RETIREMENT

Rev. Lawrence Johnson

From Director of Pastoral Care, Stella Maris, Timonium, to Retirement. Effective Aug. 1.

Rev. John Ward

From Pastor, Our Lady of the Fields Parish, Millersville, to Retirement with title of Pastor Emeritus while continuing as Adjutant Judicial Vicar. Effective Oct. 1.

Deacon William Nairn

From Diaconal Ministry, St. Ann Parish, Hagerstown, to Retirement. Effective May 1.

PASTOR

Rev. Patrick Besel

From Administrator, Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish, Middle River, to Pastor, Our Lady Queen of Peace Parish, Middle River. Effective June 1.

Rev. Patrick Carrion

From Pastor, St. Ignatius Parish, Ijamsville, to Pastor, Pastorate of the Parishes of St. Anthony-Most Precious Blood, Gardenville, and St. Dominic, Hamilton, and the Parishes of St. Francis of Assisi, Mayfield, and Shrine of the Little Flower, Belair-Edison. Effective July 1.

From Archbishop’s Delegate for Religious to Pastor, Pastorate of St. Lawrence Martyr Parish, Hanover, and Resurrection of Our Lord Parish, Laurel, while continuing as Archbishop’s Delegate for Religious for the time being. Effective July 1.

Will continue serving as Pastor of St. Ann Parish, Hagerstown rather than move to Immaculate Conception, Towson.

From Pastor, Pastorate of the Parishes of St. Francis-St. Mary-Holy Family, Middletown, to Pastor, Our Lady of the Fields Parish, Millersville. Effective Oct. 1, preceded by a time of sabbatical effective July 1.
