Father Reich, a Pittsburgh native who had two uncles who were Marianists, spent all his ministry at St. Joseph leading the RCIA program that welcomes people into the Catholic Church.

A funeral Mass was offered for Sinsinawa Dominican Sister Elaine Robbins (Sister Genevieve) April 13. She died April 5 at age 86.

Sister Theodore served in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia for 55 years; the Diocese of Trenton for 11 years; and at Towson Catholic High School, 1960-68.

Deacon Alan M. Rose, who ministered to prisoners on death row, helped one convert to the Catholic faith and made family history in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, died April 14, at age 88.

A funeral Mass was offered at the Our Lady of Lourdes Chapel in Lodi, N.J., for Felician Sister Mary Olivia Baranoski, who died Jan. 23 at age 86.

In the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Father Petruha served as an instructor at the Capuchin Novitiate in Annapolis (1966-67), as associate pastor at Ss. Peter and Paul in Cumberland, which is now part of Our Lady of the Mountains (1972-75), and again at Our Lady of the Mountains (2015 until recent months, when medical issues intervened).

A funeral Mass was offered March 29 at Our Lady of Angels Convent Chapel in Aston, Pa., for Sister Francesca Krolczyk, who gave to the Archdiocese of Baltimore 56 of her 67 years as a professed member of the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia. Sister Francesca died March 24 in her hometown of Baltimore. She was 91.

Norbertine Father Brian A. Zielinski, who served as pastor of Our Lady, Queen of Peace in Middle River and St. Thomas More in Baltimore, died March 24 at age 78.

A Washington, D.C., native, Sister Georgellen taught at The Catholic High School of Baltimore, 1947-48, the same year she entered the Sisters of St. Francis.

Sister Marie Sulpice Walsh was a former principal of St. Mark School, 1965-71; and Notre Dame Preparatory’s Lower School in Towson, 1972-79.
