Sister Corinne Marie Manzi, SNDdeN, ministered in education in Baltimore Archdiocese October 29, 2020By Catholic Review Staff Filed Under: Local News, News, Obituaries Sister Corinne Marie Manzi, who spent 37 of her 72 years as a Sister of Notre Dame de Namur ministering in education in the Archdiocese of Baltimore, died Oct. 28 at Maria Health Care Center in Baltimore. She was 89. A native of Philadelphia, Sister Corinne entered the Community of the Sisters of Notre Dame in August 1948 and made her first vows in April 1951. She served as a teacher, principal, director of religious education, pastoral associate and consultant in religious education, as well as librarian and archivist for her community. In the Baltimore Archdiocese, she served at Holy Trinity, Glen Burnie; St. Clement I, Lansdowne; St. Joseph, Sykesville; Trinity Lower School, lchester; St. Michael Poplar Springs in Mount Airy; and St. Benedict, Baltimore. A memorial Mass will be offered Nov. 19 , 11 a.m., at Our Lady of Victory Parish, 4414 Wilkens Avenue, Baltimore.
