A funeral Mass for School Sister of Notre Dame Margaret Mary Glick was offered May 25 at Villa Assumpta in Towson. Sister Margaret died April 20. She was 93.

Born in Cumberland, Sister Margaret Mary was the youngest of five children. She attended St. Mary School in Hagerstown and entered the novitiate for the School Sisters of Notre Dame in 1949 before professing her first vows in 1950.

In the Archdiocese of Baltimore, Sister Margaret taught for nearly 20 years at St. John the Evangelist School in Hydes. She then ministered at St. Mary School in Hagerstown. According to an obituary provided by her religious community, Sister Margaret enjoyed gathering a group of School Sisters for three weeks of summer religious and arts classes at St. Peter in Hancock, where her brother, Father George William Glick had been a longtime pastor.
