Archbishop Lori announces clergy appointments, including new pastors and administrators

Archbishop William E. Lori announces the following appointments:

PASTOR

Rev. Dale Picarella
From Pastor, St. Patrick, Havre de Grace, to Pastor, Catholic Community of Ascension and St. Augustine, Halethorpe/Elkridge. Effective July 1.

ADMINISTRATOR

Rev. Joseph Langan
From Associate Pastor, St. Mary, Hagerstown to Administrator, St. Peter, Hancock, and St. Patrick Mission, Little Orleans. Effective July 1.

Rev. Francis Ouma
From Associate Pastor, St. Joseph, Fullerton, to Administrator, St. Patrick, Havre de Grace. Effective July 1.

SPECIAL MINISTRY

Rev. Kevin Ewing
From Associate Pastor, Cathedral of Mary Our Queen, Homeland, to Chaplain, Newman Center at Towson University. Effective July 1.

Rev. Hamilton Okeke
From Associate Pastor, St. Mark, Catonsville, and Tribunal Ministry, to full-time Tribunal Ministry. Effective July 1.

RETIREMENT

Deacon Joseph Cinquino
From Diaconal Ministry, St. John, Westminster, to Retirement. Effective May 8.
