DEACONS Deacon Carlos Dutan From Diaconal Ministry, Pastorate of St. Philip Neri Parish, Linthicum Heights, and St. Clement I Parish, Lansdowne, to Diaconal Ministry, Pastorate of Sacred Heart of Jesus-Sagrado Corazon Parish, Highlandtown, and St. Patrick Parish, Fells Point. Effective Dec. 1.
