House Bill 1171 is an attempt to unnecessarily amend Maryland’s Constitution to expand an already extreme abortion landscape under the guise of “reproductive liberty.”

A funeral Mass for Mercy Sister Mary Kenneth McGuire was offered March 9 at Shrine of the Sacred Heart in Mount Washington. Sister Kenneth died March 9 at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore. She was 93 and had been a Sister of Mercy for 69 years.
