Inspire others and light up social media with your stories of Faith in Action by sending the team at the Catholic Review a 60-second video or 100-word summary of the ways you live out your love of Christ, serve your neighbors and spread the Good News of the Gospel.

Finish this sentence, “My faith inspires me to ..,” and grab a cell phone camera or a pad and paper and capture your works of charity, the call you feel in your heart to serve and the way your relationship with Jesus has contributed to positive changes in your community, parish, home or school.

The stories of our Faith in Action are as varied and expansive as the Archdiocese of Baltimore itself. We want to see your good works reflected in the way we communicate and define the Catholic Church’s collective Faith in Action.

For video submissions, point your camera vertically and record for up to 60 seconds. Please include your name and parish, and email the clip to Yvonne Wenger, the Archdiocese’s director of public relations, at yvonne.wenger@archbalt.org.

Written submissions can also be made to Wenger by email (yvonne.wenger@archbalt.org). Remember to keep them under 100 words.

Need another prompt to get you started? Consider completing the following statements:

  • “Because my faith inspires, it is important for me to…(describe action)”
  • “Part of living out my faith includes…(describe action)”
  • “I…(describe action) and find that it ties closely with my faith because…”
  • “I feel called to …(describe action and explain why)..”
  • “I started doing…(describe action), because …”

We are grateful for all the contributions, but please know that depending on the volume received, we might not be able to publish all of them.
