A funeral Mass for Comboni Missionary Sister Andre Rothschild will be offered Jan. 24, 11 a.m., at St. Matthew in Northwood. Sister Andre, who ministered at St. Matthew for two decades, died Dec. 26. She was 79.

Deacon David Anthony Page Sr. worked in every role possible for a deacon during his 16 years of service at St. Joseph Parish in Odenton.  

Father Gregory Rapisarda, who was beloved for his selfless outreach to the sick, died Dec. 10. He was the longtime Catholic chaplain at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in Baltimore.

A funeral Mass for Sister of Notre Dame de Namur Agnes Rose McNally was offered Nov. 14 at Our Lady of Victory in Arbutus. Sister Agnes Rose died Nov. 6 in Worcester, Mass. She was 97.

A funeral Mass for Sister Katherine O’Neil (formerly known as Sister Mary St. Germaine) of the Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary was offered Nov. 20 at Our Lady of Peace Residence in Dunmore, Pa. Sister Katherine died Nov. 13. She was 84. 

A 10 a.m. funeral Mass will be offered for Paulist Father John E. Lynch Jr. Dec. 10 in the Crypt Church of the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in Washington, D.C. Father Lynch died Nov. 15. He was 101.

Jesuit Father Robert E. Hamm died Oct. 25 at Manresa Hall in Merion Station, Pa. He was 88, a Jesuit for 70 years and a priest for 57 years.

Czech Cardinal Dominik Duka, who had experienced oppression and imprisonment under his country’s former communist rulers, died Nov. 4 at the age of 82.

Dick Cheney, seen as one of the most powerful and polarizing vice presidents in U.S. history who played a large role in the post-9/11 war on terror, died Nov. 3 at 84, his family said in a statement the following day.

A funeral Mass for Daughter of Charity Sister Veronica Tinseth was offered Oct. 22 at the Seton Chapel in Evansville, Indiana. Sister Veronica died Oct. 15. She was 77.
