Jesuit Father Eugene A. Nolan, who served as headmaster at Loyola Blakefield  in Towson and associate chaplain at Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore, died Jan. 6 at the Scranton Jesuit Community. He was 84.

An 11 a.m. funeral Mass for Franciscan Sister Marie Therese Carr will be offered Jan. 13 at Assisi House in Aston, Pa. Sister Marie Therese died Jan. 8. She was 88 had been a professed member of the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia for 67 years.

A funeral Mass for Franciscan Sister ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Marietta Culhane will be offered 11 a.m. Jan. 10 at Assisi House in Aston, Pa. Sister Marietta died Jan. 6. She was 94 and had been a professed member of the Sisters of St. Francis of Philadelphia for 71 years.
