As we watch our children grow up right before our eyes, we are reminded that time is limited and precious.

Happy New Year! How did you celebrate the arrival of 2021?

If our friendship with the Eucharistic Lord is alive and well, many blessings will flow upon each of us, upon our families and parishes, and upon the Archdiocese of Baltimore.

Even with the many challenges of a difficult year, the Catholic Review accomplished great things in 2020.

Thank you for today, God, and for tomorrow – the days ahead we have yet to unwrap and discover.

So, I am not making any specific New Year’s resolutions. But I love choosing an inspirational word of the year and a saint of the year.

We don’t need a star to guide us to Jesus. But I like to think of how God leaves little invitations to draw us closer to Him everywhere we turn.

Every day we can celebrate the God who comes to us in others, and in the events of life.
