I already know what my 2021 new year’s resolution should be – I shalt not judge others for however long they decide to keep up their Christmas decorations.

I shall try my best to keep up my part of praying for my friends, family and acquaintances … but THANK GOD we have God to handle and keep up with the heavy duty stuff.

Yes, belonging to places is good – it feels right, we fit in. We should all belong to some place, to some group, to some church, even to someone. Where do you feel as if you belong?

This Christmas season, as your family and mine add unnecessary “stuff” to the pile collecting in our closets, dressers, and cabinets, let us remember there are good and hardworking families in our community who are not as blessed to afford new things.

God created these very special animals especially for us, to emulate him. He knew exactly what he was doing when he made dogs.

I am the biggest advocate for my kids. She is Jesus’ biggest advocate.

How is it people and young adults grow up Catholic, experience all there is taught to us about the Trinity through religion classes, nuns and priests’ instruction, get baptized, make first holy Communion, confess young sins in first reconciliation, invite a sponsor to touch our shoulder during Confirmation, take vows in matrimony … and then don’t have faith in God any longer?

I think parents need to be cautious as to the message they’re creating with distractions of milk and Cheerios as they attempt to teach their children about God.

It’s been since 2011 the Roman Catholic Church has updated the verbiage to the Nicene Creed and still I have failed to memorize it.
